Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Handle queries related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
- Use Amazon’s tools and systems to research, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high-quality interactions while delivering a friendly, customer-focused experience.
- Adapt to variable shift patterns to meet customer demand, including overnight, late, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

- Strong English communication skills (written and oral)

- Ability to work varying shifts within operating hours of 6 AM – 11 PM, including holidays
- Dedicated, quiet workspace with a desk and chair
- Broadband internet connection (minimum 100 MB download, 10 MB upload) via Ethernet
