Detailed Eligibility
- Education: Diploma students from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Automobile, Environmental Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental, Computer Science/IT, Instrumentation & Control, or Survey streams.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% aggregate in diploma. No graduation (BE/B.Tech/Science/Arts) before or after diploma.
- Mode of Study: Full-time diploma only. Part-time or correspondence courses not accepted.
- Backlogs: No active or past backlogs. All papers must be cleared in the first attempt.
- Age Limit: Born between 1 July 2002 and 30 June 2008 (both dates inclusive).
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection depends on clearance of company’s medical fitness guidelines.
Training and Career Path
- Training Duration: 12 months (on-the-job training).
- Post Training: Candidates will be absorbed into regular company rolls and may be deployed across India.
Salary / CTC
- Office Based Posting: ₹2,50,000 per annum
- Project Site Based Posting: ₹2,97,000 per annum
