Role Overview
As a Technical Support Apprentice, you will provide direct technical assistance to Trellix’s enterprise customers. The role involves handling customer issues, troubleshooting, and delivering timely solutions while working with a global team of experts.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle live calls and portal-based support cases.
