Job Description
As an Analyst in Learning Operations, you will be part of Deloitte’s Talent Development team. The job mainly includes backend operations and support for training programs across different countries.
Work You’ll Do:
- Support administrative tasks like data entry, system management, and reports.
- Communicate with stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time with quality checks.
- Manage workload with proper prioritization and time management.
- Take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of email etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates)
- Ability to work in a team
- Time and task management
Preferred:
- Knowledge of MS PowerPoint
- Experience with platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, Saba Meeting etc.
- Case/ticket handling experience
- Ability to interact with internal clients
