Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time 3 years graduates from B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BCA, BSc (2025 batch).
- Backlogs: Only 1 active backlog/arrear allowed during interview. No backlog allowed at joining time.
- Extended Education: Not allowed, course must be completed in given time.
- Gap in Education: Gap should not be more than 24 months. Proper documents will be checked.
- Course Type: Only full-time courses are accepted. NIOS candidates are eligible if rest of the courses are full-time.
- Work Experience: Freshers role, but if any past experience then it must be declared.
- Shifts: Candidates must be ready for rotational shifts, including night.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.
How to Apply – Step by Step Process
- Login/Register on TCS Next Step Portal.
- If already registered, login and complete application form → Click on “Apply for Drive”.
- If new user, click on Register Now, choose category as “BPS” and complete details → then Apply for Drive.
- Update correct personal details (Name, DOB as per Aadhaar). Wrong info may cause disqualification.
- Select your mode of test (In-Centre) and choose test city. Note: once selected, test centre cannot be changed.
- After applying, check status in Track Your Application → it should show Applied for Drive.
