Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers to support staffing, finance, onboarding/offboarding, and logistics needs.
- Coordinate with client partners and delivery executives for new opportunities and maintain project pipeline updates.
- Forecast and fulfill account requirements by working with internal staffing and business units.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members following company policies.
- Help create new projects in system and allocate resources accordingly.
