Job Description
As a Trainee at Wipro, you will work on configuring and testing Wipro’s Total Benefit Administration System based on client requirements. You’ll use in-house tools and systems to set up configurations, analyze data, and validate outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure system parameters based on project requirements
- Perform manual testing to identify issues and ensure quality
- Document results and share test outcomes with the technical team
- Collaborate with developers and analysts for continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/B.Tech/MCA graduates (2025 batch only)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in night shifts (5:30 PM to 3:00 AM)
- Ready to sign a 12-month service agreement
- Open to face-to-face technical interviews at Wipro’s Chennai office
Required Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with SQL Queries (simple and complex)
