Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho Corporation, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners. You’ll be responsible for understanding user needs, resolving application-related issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional voice, email, and chat-based technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and application-related queries.
