Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (including MBA)
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in learning operations or backend processes
Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong email etiquette and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates)
- Effective time management and teamwork
Preferred Skills:
- Basic MS PowerPoint and presentation preparation
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Saba Meeting/Centra)
- Experience with ticket/case management
- Ability to interact and understand internal client needs
Job Responsibilities
- Support US Talent Development Learning Operations by managing and delivering training programs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and act as a consultant for process improvement
- Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prioritize work effectively and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
