About the Program
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique opportunity designed for BCA and B.Sc. students to begin their professional journey while pursuing a fully sponsored M.Tech degree from a leading educational institution in India. This program combines real-world IT experience with higher education to help students build a strong and future-ready career in technology.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
- Year of Passing: 2025
Eligible Streams:
- BCA
- B.Sc. – Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics
Additional Requirements:
- Open School or Distance Education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
- One backlog allowed at the time of Online Assessment (must be cleared by 6th semester)
- Core Mathematics mandatory in Graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
- Maximum 3 years of educational gap allowed (between 10th and start of graduation)
- No gap allowed during graduation; must be completed within 3 years
- Must be an Indian Citizen, or hold PIO/OCI card (if holding a foreign passport)
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate
- Candidate must be 18 years or above at the time of registration
Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes):
- Verbal: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Analytical: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Quantitative: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Service Agreement
Selected candidates must sign a 60-month service agreement.
In case of early exit, the joining bonus is repayable on a pro-rata basis.
