About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the US HR Operations – Backoffice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions in a professional manner.
Key Details:
- Work Mode: On-site
- Shift: Night shift only (Both side cab provided)
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Age Limit: 20–27 years
- Immediate Joiners Preferred: Candidates who can join within 10–15 days
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming help requests from clients via telephone and email.
- Document all relevant user and issue information including client details and nature of the problem.
- Identify and escalate product-related issues to ensure timely client support.
- Record and track all queries, follow standard procedures for resolution.
- Ensure client queries are handled within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports as per Wipro’s operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate – B.A., B.Com, B.Sc (Non-Technical), M.A., M.Com, PGDM
- Skills Required: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and data handling ability
