About the Role
The position involves providing customer support through voice-based communication channels. Candidates will handle customer queries, provide first-level resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction process.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide first-level resolution and escalate issues as necessary.
- Log all customer interactions and follow up on open cases.
- Stay updated with product information and support tools.
- Maintain empathy and clear communication during customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time graduate in any discipline (no active backlogs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts).
- Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Commitment to working from office (no hybrid or remote option).
Preferred: Candidates with basic knowledge of customer service operations or related certifications will be given preference.
Mandatory Documents to Carry
- Updated hard copy of your resume.
- Any two government-issued photo IDs (PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport).
- Original academic documents for verification:
- 10th and 12th marksheets
- Graduation (all semester marksheets, provisional and degree certificates)
- Note: Laptops and cameras are not permitted inside the premises due to security restrictions. Government ID is mandatory for campus entry.
