Role: Voice-Based Customer Support
Experience Required: 0 – 1 year

Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO)

About the Role

The position involves providing customer support through voice-based communication channels. Candidates will handle customer queries, provide first-level resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction process.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide first-level resolution and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Log all customer interactions and follow up on open cases.
  • Stay updated with product information and support tools.
  • Maintain empathy and clear communication during customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Full-time graduate in any discipline (no active backlogs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts).
  • Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
  • Commitment to working from office (no hybrid or remote option).

Preferred: Candidates with basic knowledge of customer service operations or related certifications will be given preference.


Mandatory Documents to Carry

  • Updated hard copy of your resume.
  • Any two government-issued photo IDs (PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport).
  • Original academic documents for verification:
    • 10th and 12th marksheets
    • Graduation (all semester marksheets, provisional and degree certificates)
  • Note: Laptops and cameras are not permitted inside the premises due to security restrictions. Government ID is mandatory for campus entry.
