Role Details
Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee / Graduate Trainee
Qualification: BE/BTech, MCA, MSc (IT/CS)
Batch Eligible: 2020 – 2025
Experience: Freshers
Location: PAN India
Estimated CTC: ₹5 LPA (as per HCLTech compensation grid)
Service Agreement: 12 months (Exit before 12 months → ₹50,000 as per policy)
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time BE/BTech / MCA / MSc degree
- Passing year between 2020 and 2025
- Must use the same email ID used during earlier HCLTech registration (if applicable)
