About the Role
The Global Technology division builds and manages critical systems that support the company’s retail, commercial, and institutional businesses worldwide. Teams work on cutting-edge technologies across mobile banking, cybersecurity, cloud, AI/ML, data management, and more.
You will work with global teams, contribute to full-stack development, and participate in end-to-end software lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into technical design
- Write clean and tested code
- Participate in CI/CD and release processes
- Document findings and support data processing
- Conduct proof-of-concept activities
- Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of solutions
- Collaborate with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMRS
- Identify and resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems)
- Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, distributed systems, and databases
- Proficiency in at least one language: Java, C#, C++, Python
- Knowledge of Agile, JIRA, Linux/Unix
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to work in distributed teams
Good to Have:
AI/ML development exposure, cloud platform familiarity, quantitative skills, innovative mindset
