Job Overview
The Trainee will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System based on client requirements. The role involves working with internal tools to set up system parameters, execute testing, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Eligibility
• Education: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA
• Recent graduates who meet the qualification criteria
• Strong willingness to learn and deliver quality work
Required Technical Skills
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of SAS, Mainframes concepts, automation testing principles (preferred)
• Ability to write simple to intermediate SQL queries
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (tables, keys, relationships, DB2 queries)
• Understanding of software testing and quality assurance methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Communication and Professional Attributes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to share information clearly and concisely
• Ownership mindset and accountability toward assigned work
• Highly motivated and collaborative team player
• Good understanding of organizational goals

Shift Timing
• 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (9.5-hour shift)
