Internship Overview
As a UX Designer Intern at IBM, you will work closely with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to design human-centered digital experiences. The role focuses on translating research insights into intuitive designs and high-fidelity prototypes using modern design tools.
Interns typically spend most of their time on product design work, along with learning, collaboration, and design reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX researchers to test concepts and integrate insights into design

- Design information architecture, navigation, and interactions using IBM design systems

Skills & Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related fields
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and interaction design is required
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, grids, hierarchy, and color
- Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office as per the hybrid model
