Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and systems/applications
- Accurately define issues and provide resolutions based on deep product knowledge
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Document client interactions and maintain support records
- Stay updated with new product updates and IT trends
