Additional Requirements

• Only full-time education is accepted
• No active backlogs at the time of registration or onboarding
• Not more than 23 months of full-time work experience
• Degree must be completed within the standard duration (Example: BE/BTech in 4 years, Dual Degree in 5 years)
• Candidates must not have appeared for any Accenture hiring process in the past three months
• Must be eligible to work in India through citizenship or a valid work permit

Job Description: Associate Software Engineer (ASE)

As an ASE, you will contribute to building and maintaining technology solutions for global clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, testing, and configuring applications based on business needs
• Understanding business drivers and delivering solutions aligned with performance expectations
• Participating in automation and innovation initiatives
• Applying technology trends in real-world scenarios
• Writing high-quality, maintainable code
• Participating in peer code reviews
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and solution implementation

Assessment Process

Accenture will send an email invitation to eligible candidates to complete the online assessments. The hiring process includes:

1. Mock Assessment

• Duration: 20 minutes
• Ensures system readiness
• Mandatory practice test

2. Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment

• Duration: 40 minutes
• Behavioral test to assess personality attributes
• Cognitive test with puzzles and numerical reasoning

3. Technical Assessment

• Duration: 45 minutes
• MS Office and common applications
• Pseudocode
• Basics of networking, security, and cloud
• Core programming fundamentals

4. Coding Assessment
