Internship Overview
Airbus is hiring fresh MBA graduates as HR Interns as part of its Off Campus Internship Drive for 2025. The internship is designed for individuals passionate about human resources, administration, and continuous improvement.
Interns will work closely with the Technical Referent Community (TRC), a 40-member group of specialists, to support internal HR processes, event coordination, tool development, and process documentation.
This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in HR while contributing to real business impact within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the TRC leader and HR team in streamlining internal processes
- Assist in developing tools, organizing TRC events, and maintaining documentation
- Apply lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to ongoing projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance productivity and business process efficiency
- Participate in activities that strengthen the internal business improvement framework
Desired Profile
- Recent MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree
- Strong interest in HR, administration, and process improvement
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / Business Operating Systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore
