Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide support related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
• Use tools and resources to research, resolve, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Work across varying shifts including early morning, late night, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Right to work in India.
• Comfortable with computers and multitasking.
• Flexible to work variable shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM, Sunday to Monday.
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.
• Broadband connection: Minimum 100 MB download / 10 MB upload (wired connection).
