Role: Customer Service Associate
Type: Seasonal / Full-time

Experience: 0–5 Years
Qualification Required:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with computer operations
- Right to work in India
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email
- Prevent issues, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Navigate systems, tools, and processes to deliver efficient resolutions
- Work in rotational shifts between 6 AM – 11 PM (Monday to Sunday)
- Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required
