About the Role:
As a Cloud Support Associate, you will work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. You will support our customers’ mission-critical applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and leverage groundbreaking cloud technologies like EC2, S3, CloudFront, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve unique customer issues.
- Partner with global technologists to deliver outstanding support for AWS services.
- Drive customer communication during critical events.
- Work on highly complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
- Create technical content such as tutorials, videos, and articles for the developer community.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in Linux Systems Administration, Database Design & Optimization, BigData Analysis, Network Administration, or DevOps.
- Programming/scripting experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP).
- Troubleshooting/support experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basics of OS concepts/Linux/Unix Systems Administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat).
- Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and Databases.
- Exposure to Cloud Computing.
- Strong customer focus and multitasking skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for technology.
