Position: Seller Partner Support (SPS) Associate
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Experience: Freshers / 0 to 5 years
Salary: ₹3 – 4.25 LPA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office
- Strong customer service skills
Skill Set:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox
- Ability to use a desktop/laptop effectively
- Good knowledge of software products
- Willingness to work on phone/chat & emails (concurrent blended profile)
- Flexibility to service selling partners globally, including from India, USA, EU, and ME
- Availability for a 24/7 work environment, including night shifts as required
- Power backup for shift duration in case of power shutdowns
- Rotational two-consecutive-day off (5-day working week)
Job Description: As a Selling Partner Support (SPS) Associate, you will be the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd party sellers, providing phone and/or email support as per internal service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate operational support to 3rd party Sellers on the Amazon platform
- Addressing chronic system issues and providing process improvements
- Developing internal documentation and contributing to a team environment
- Ensuring end-to-end ownership of every seller interaction with proactive problem solving
- Delivering exceptional support and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
- Managing time effectively and working independently
- Achieving acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
- Identifying trends and liaising with other departments to resolve sellers’ issues
