Position Overview: We are looking for fresh graduates to join our team as Software Engineers specializing in Machine Learning (ML). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team and make a significant impact on our product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for product development.
- Perform tasks accurately and report results.
- Understand and follow procedures and guidelines for new tasks/releases.
- Conduct repetitive tasks based on dynamic instructions without compromising quality.
- Utilize software tools for data capture and adhere to organizational processes.
- Capture results, communicate, and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Raise and resolve all failures/doubts related to task execution in the portal as per SLAs.
- Manage daily targets against internal and external dependencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Skill Set:
- Good knowledge of software products.
- Understanding of Machine Learning project lifecycle and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Familiarity with scaling and deploying Machine Learning models.
- Good knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Familiar with Windows desktop environment and applications like Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data to improve system performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
