Amazon, the global leader in e-commerce, cloud computing, and AI, is seeking fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of QA methodology and testing tools for the role of Software Testing Associate in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Position: Software Testing Associate
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools
- Familiarity with consumer device testing
- Ability to understand technical specifications
- Proficiency in Windows desktop environment and applications like Word, Excel, IE, and Firefox
- Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Role and Responsibilities:
- Testing small components and features of Amazon devices, applications, or services
- Following SOPs to execute daily tasks, meeting quality and productivity benchmarks
- Executing predefined test cases, identifying and raising defects, and tracking clarifications
- Monitoring daily execution status and providing regular status updates
- Participating in cross-training sessions and contributing ideas for process improvements
