• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

• Proficiency with the Windows desktop environment and tools like Word, Excel, IE, and Firefox
• Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual testing for Amazon’s cutting-edge applications and products
• Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
• Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases
• Conduct regression and repetitive testing without compromising quality
• Use tools like adb command for data capture
• Capture results, escalate failures, and provide regular status updates
• Raise and close all failures/doubts in the clarification portal as per SLAs
