🔧 Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers across APAC/EMEA/AMER Ops/IT/Support teams.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent IT support delivery.
- Basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Work in a 24×7 operational environment to deliver real-time support.
- Meet service desk goals, including SLA, CSAT, and incident management targets.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
- 6–18 months of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of ITIL-based ticketing systems
