Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve static route issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Update, track, and resolve technical challenges to maintain business continuity.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and operations teams to identify and address gaps in existing technology.
- Implement sustainable solutions to minimize gaps and improve efficiency.
- Conduct audit programs to handle various exceptions in last mile technology.
- Work alongside development teams on software projects, enhancing current tools and automating support processes.
- Document systems and processes for future reference and optimization.
