💼 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, products, and more.
• Use multiple tools to research and resolve customer concerns.
• Deliver a personalized, empathetic customer service experience.

⏰ Working Hours

• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• Shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Monday to Sunday).
• Must be open to working day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Final shift timings will be shared closer to your start date.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Legally eligible to work in India.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
• Reliable wired internet connection (Minimum 100 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload).
