💼 Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, products, and more.
- Use multiple tools to research and resolve customer concerns.
- Deliver a personalized, empathetic customer service experience.
⏰ Working Hours
- Minimum 40 hours per week.
- Shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Monday to Sunday).
- Must be open to working day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Final shift timings will be shared closer to your start date.
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Legally eligible to work in India.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
- Reliable wired internet connection (Minimum 100 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload).
