What will your job look like?
Our program is a Direct Hire model available to candidates who are returning to their professional career after experiencing 1 or more years of unemployment or underemployment. Successful candidates must meet all the basic qualifications of the program and reside within the United States or Canada.

Implementation Engineer – South Africa
Working as part of a team and individually, you will be responsible for developing and implementing TEOCO’s Service Assurance suite. The individual will possess strong technical skills and be capable of proactively working on projects without requiring constant supervision by the team leader.
Job Description:
• Development of software adaptors/drivers per customers’ requirements and Telecom designs Install, configure, and train the project teams with the customized solution package
• Support the testing teams internally and onsite
• Support and guide the customer remotely and onsite
• Energetic, flexible, team player, able to use own initiative and take the lead when needed
Qualification:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Electronic Engineering)
• Very high command of English – both written and verbal
• Presentation/training skills
• Energetic, flexible, team player, able to use own initiative and take the lead when needed
• Have an aptitude for learning
• Be comfortable with working to tight deadlines
• Be able to demonstrate a methodical and consistent approach to their work
• Be able to ‘Multi-task’ Specific
Technical Requirements:
• Scripting capabilities such as (Bash, Shell…).
• Coding capabilities in any of the languages like C, C++, Java, Python, PL/SQL, or equivalent.
• Experience with Unix and SQL

• Experience with Delivery groups and/or Telecom knowledge – an advantage
