About the Role – Software Engineer I
As a Software Engineer I, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing next-generation digital workplace and AI-powered servicing platforms. Your work will contribute directly to improving colleague productivity and driving innovation globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable features for digital workplace and servicing applications
- Utilize data structures and algorithms to enhance AI-enabled chatbots and search services
- Work with databases, design ingestion pipelines, and optimize queries
- Support machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI initiatives
- Collaborate within agile teams, contributing to daily stand-ups, demos, and innovation sprints
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 0 to 3 years of development experience in Python, Java, or C++
- Strong knowledge of OOPS and software design principles
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems like Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, Couchbase
- Practical knowledge of ML, NLP, and Generative AI concepts (RAG knowledge is a plus)
