About the Role
As a Product Growth Intern, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at improving user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement for Aspire’s bank account product. This internship offers valuable exposure to product-led growth in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Assist in A/B testing initiatives, including design, execution, and analysis of experiments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to support growth projects
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Participate in customer feedback and research initiatives to ensure user needs are addressed
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of data analysis and trend interpretation
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of growth frameworks such as AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (advantageous but not required)
- Prior internship or project experience in product management, marketing, or data analysis
