Skill Set:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of data automation (Power Query, VBA, macros).
- Understanding of ETL, relational data structures (SQL), data integrity.
- Familiarity with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Insight into HR metrics and data across HR functions.
- Bonus: Experience with Qlik Sense, Workday, MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced technology to enhance product and process efficiency, delivering superior customer experiences.
- Transform data into meaningful insights from diverse HR data sources.
- Automate data processes for seamless extraction, transformation, and output.
- Develop BI solutions including data models, warehousing, analytics, and reporting for informed decision-making.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data needs aligned with regulatory and governance policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and metrics.
