Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with engineering teams to achieve project goals and organizational objectives.
- Manage timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to deliver successful technical solutions.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development.
- Enforce technology standards, implement peer reviews, and promote robust testing practices for high-quality solution delivery.
Required Skills:
- Flexibility in work hours and ability to adapt to changing shift patterns.
- Strong communication skills, including effective questioning.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of SQL and build tools.
- Experience with containerization (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong teamwork skills and fluency in communication.
