Job Summary:
Calix is hiring fresh engineering graduates for the role of Graduate Trainee. This is a full-time opportunity for recent BE/BTech graduates who have programming experience in the Java/J2EE stack and a strong interest in building scalable applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications.
- Work with senior engineers to improve software performance and scalability.
- Participate in regular code reviews and development meetings.
- Contribute to new feature development and system enhancements.
- Debug and resolve software issues in existing applications.
- Maintain documentation for code and technical processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BE/BTech graduates from 2024 or 2025 batch.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Solid foundation in Java/J2EE technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, with a passion for learning new technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
