Working across a huge spectrum of challenges, you will provide IT consultancy expertise that will transform how our clients conduct their day-to-day business and how they interact with their own customers, streamlining their business processes and enhancing profitability. Understanding how we can support these clients; you will ensure the right apps and technology are in place to exceed their expectations.

DIGITAL SALES OPERATION ANALYST/CONSULTANT

Job Requirement:
Strategic reporting in various Office 365 and Azure tools.
Manage field escalations (quota management, quota distribution, user queries)
Research, preparation and processing for pull forward/IRAs/MRAs
Process timely, accurate (audited) quota shifts, validation of quota checks, report preparation and reviews of the business.
Quota distribution.
Conduct ad-hoc compensation analysis.
Work with local Sales Excellence, BSO and sales leadership.
Attend relevant meetings, community calls, and training calls to understand tools and process changes to provide efficient support to users and conduct end-user trainings.
Pre-Sales and Sales Operations for Small, Medium businesses.
B2B experience, corporate sales.
The analyst may be asked to conduct analysis, research and engage with Sales Directors and Sales Excellence during this process.
