- Provide guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
- Support and anchor overall technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project delivery teams
- Create optimum technical solutions based on the customer’s environment, requirements, and financial resources
- Ensure adherence to the company’s standards during architectural review meetings
