Job Description:
Responsible for analyzing the hardware and software IT assets.
Support the day-to-day operation of the business and decision-making by establishing and promoting data standards and best practices.
Assess, Configure, and Enforce Data Quality and Business Rule Management such Attribute Domain Constraints, Relational Integrity Rules, State-dependent objects, and Event Histories
Promote accuracy and completeness of ITSM data
Collecting business requirements for ETL implementation and Integration by drafting common data modeling, data management strategies, workflow, and reference architectures.
Root Cause Analysis and notifying data owners/suppliers for correction and proper escalation
Write documentation for internal and customer/supplier facing processes
Qualification:
Bleacher Degree
Strong analytical skills including intermediate Excel skills (such as advanced formulas- macros, v look ups, slicers)
Detail oriented
Good management and communication skills
Strong analytical/reporting
Desired:
