Job Description
As part of the CSG IT Enablers Team, candidates will manage IT infrastructure incidents and service requests for global customers. The job will involve voice-based and digital support channels such as email, chat, and bots.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, chat, and email.
