Professional Experience:
Even though this role is for freshers, Capgemini prefers candidates with basic understanding in:
- Purchasing & Vendor Management (Quotation Comparison, PO/Contract processing, Landed Cost Calculation, Vendor Evaluation, MIS etc.)
- Inventory & Warehouse Management (ABC Classification, Material Movements, Stock Count, MIS etc.)
- Direct or Indirect Material/Services Purchasing in manufacturing
- Coordinating with Planning, Quality, Production, Inbound/Outbound logistics
Communication Skills / Personal Attributes:
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner & willing to adapt new technologies
- Team player
- Flexible and eager to learn SAP MM processes
