  • 3-year diploma or graduation in any stream
  • Freshers only

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide voice-based and multi-channel technical and customer support
  • Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity, password resets, and sessions
  • Manage IT tickets efficiently (Open, On-hold, Resolved, Closed)
  • Use ticketing tools and data analysis to improve service quality
  • Ensure first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction
  • Interact empathetically with customers by understanding and probing their requirements
  • Utilize Capgemini’s AI BOT (CHIP) to automate and enhance support processes
  • Support round-the-clock operations with flexibility for night shifts and relocation
