Roles and Responsibilities
Should be comfortable handling 24*7 shifts and on-call activities.
Gathering the requirements and analysis with respect to the application
Must be able to efficiently capture end-user requirements.
Should be comfortable handling US/UK customers.
Should be comfortable in 24*7 shift and on-call activities.
Able to proactively understand customer/ partner needs and deliver services that enable them to be successful.
Should be able to take ownership of the application and should be a team player.
Deployment activities in Production environment and ensured almost no or minimal defects.
Ensure quality execution in the delivery of a service/ solution to drive satisfaction and the business partner experience
Effectively communicate business strategy and goals and how they align to the teams work.
Ability to understand and analyse issues, use judgment to make decisions
Demonstrate passion for learning new technologies.
Act in a professional manner and exhibit the required behavior that should act as an example to other employees.
