What You Will Do
During the internship, you will:
- Work on cloud platforms, big data systems, and application development
- Contribute as an individual or team member in real business projects
- Learn directly from Cargill’s global Digital Technology & Data team
- Participate in orientation, leadership talks, and learning sessions
- Get mentorship, skill development support, and ongoing performance evaluation
Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time role as Associate Software Engineer after successful completion.
Internship Program Details
- Duration: January 5, 2026 – June 2026 (5–6 months)
- Work Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM (Transport facility available within Bangalore service limits)
- Leaves: 1 sick leave + 1 casual leave per month (with manager approval)

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Engineering, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, IT, or related)
- Final year students graduating in June 2026
- Must provide college approval for a 5–6 month internship
- Willing to work onsite in Bangalore multiple days a week
- Knowledge of programming, system design, and databases
- Strong initiative, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in software engineering
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Experience with commercial product development
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
