Role Overview:
CGI is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join the dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world HR operations, data analytics, and digital recruitment transformation in a leading global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Support: Assist in optimizing AI-enabled Talent Acquisition platforms and support transformational TA projects.
- Data Analysis: Handle data requests related to hiring metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Operational Support: Ensure consistent process adherence within TA operations.
- Collaboration: Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure seamless coordination.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Basic understanding of recruitment cycles
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools
- Ability to interpret basic data for decision-making
