Cisco is inviting fresh graduates with non-engineering degrees to join their Apprenticeship Program. This opportunity is designed to give you hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and an immersive introduction to the corporate world. Depending on the team you join, you will have the chance to learn and contribute to the following roles:
Roles Available
1. Staffing Recruiter – Trainee
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards to both internal and external candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through targeted relationship management
- Manage candidate inquiries, candidate care, and support candidate screening processes
- Help in planning and executing engagement events
2. Business Analyst – Trainee
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Requests for Quotations
- Assist in commercial proposals and support the creation of SOWs (Statements of Work)
- Provide pipeline visibility and support accurate forecasting with Sales teams
3. Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee
- Assist in data analysis and support NYR activities
- Coordinate account creation processes and collaborate with stakeholders on new projects
4. PACE Coordinator – Trainee
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (in-person/virtual)
- Arrange candidate travel and process travel reimbursements
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure workspace readiness and equipment setup
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Must have completed a 3-year Non-Engineering degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, etc.)
- Graduation Year: 2023 or 2024 graduates with a Provisional Degree Certificate
- Availability: Must be available for a 12-month apprenticeship
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a desire to learn
- NATS Enrollment: Must be enrolled as a “student” on NATS and have a valid student enrollment number
