Key Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong customer handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have all mandatory documents for background verification proceedings.
• We are looking for B.com, BCA, BA, BBA graduates who graduated in 2020, 2021, or 2022.
• Ready to work from the office.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Good typing skills (English).

Job Description:

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
• Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data.
• Take action on process changes and updates, handling them with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics, striving to exceed monthly/annual quality and productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Work with great attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
