TALENT SOURCING SPECIALIST – EUROPEJob Description:
Sourcing candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks)
Engaging and attracting passive candidates using Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques
Assisting in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support
Collaboration with the recruiting team to define sourcing techniques and strategies
Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate candidate relationships during the selection process
Supporting projects integration in region and globally
Provide an outstanding candidate experience – through effective communications and customer care
Qualification:
Strong interpersonal skills in English, an additional language would be an asset
Knowledge of sourcing/ recruitment tools and methods will be an advantage
Basic understanding social-networking sites for sourcing (job boards, Boolean language sourcing platforms)
Social Media Knowledge
Good time-management with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Analytical skills
Proactive and service-oriented personality
