Job Overview:
Cognizant is seeking fresh graduates with strong customer-handling and management skills to join as Process Executives in a Non-Voice role. The role demands excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer queries and issues accurately, adhering to set standards of productivity and quality.
- Actively receive and apply feedback to enhance personal and process effectiveness.
- Consistently meet and exceed productivity and quality targets.
Qualification:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers are welcome
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet browsing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and documentation.
- Excellent typing, composition, and customer service skills.
- Strong comprehension and focus on customer issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
