Job Designation: Customer Support Associate – Voice
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet browsing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Provide accurate information about company products/services.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining service quality.
- Achieve performance targets, including resolution rates and first-call resolutions.
- Collaborate with the team for process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to graduates from 2022 to 2024 (2024 graduates must have all semester mark sheets except the last semester).
- No backlogs or arrears.
- Candidates currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation are not eligible.
- Willingness to work in night shifts is a must.
