Job Designation: Customer Support Associate – Voice
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet browsing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Good typing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Address customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Provide accurate information about company products/services.
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining service quality.
  • Achieve performance targets, including resolution rates and first-call resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the team for process improvement.
