Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Write SQL queries, perform CRUD operations, and manage stored procedures.
• Create and execute test cases and automation scripts.
• Analyze and resolve service tickets per SOPs.
• Use ITSM and Data Analytics tools effectively.
• Contribute to innovation in ongoing projects.

Skills Required:

• Communication and analytical skills

• Time management and attention to detail

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off)
• No standing arrears at the time of joining

Responsibilities:

• Support computing environments and production servers
• Perform incident management and maintain cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to clients
